Lauren first joined RTA as an intern while pursuing her Master of Architecture at the University of Kansas. After graduating with honors in 2024, she returned to RTA full-time. She chose to pursue a career in architecture because it allows her to work with visual arts in a way that can make practical changes in real-world problems. Lauren enjoys the engagement and variety that comes with a career in architecture and being part of the many different facets of the design process. She always appreciates the opportunity to work on projects that allow her to experience new things and continue to grow. Lauren is committed to building relationships with the team and clients on each project she works on. With her curiosity and dependability, she is a valued team member.
Lauren enjoys painting in her free time and was inspired by the wetlands in Lawrence, Kansas, where she went to college.
