Meet The Team
Mike Storrer
, Emerging Professional
Mike graduated with a Master's Degree in Architecture from Kansas State University in 2022 and joined RTA shortly after. His passion for architecture comes from a fascination with how design impacts communities and how it can make a meaningful change. Along with technical skills in digital graphic production, Mike has learned to adapt to different situations while maintaining a detail-oriented mindset. He aims to find the best possible functional solution and create a positive future impact.
One of Mike's favorite projects at Kansas State involved the creation of a fabric-formed concrete panel system made from reimagined garment scraps titled "Jericho." This project demonstrated his interest in pushing the conventional thinking of materials in design and construction through unique solutions that bring visual interest while also tackling large-scale problems such as material waste.
