Joey has dreamed of being architect since the age of six and was fascinated by the job sites and projects in his home town of Des Moines, Iowa. His Harley Davidson, which was his dad’s first motorcycle, reminds him of his passions from a young age coming to life. His Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University and experience as construction management intern in Dallas-Fort Worth area only solidified his career path and helps design like an architect while thinking a contractor.
The main strength Joey brings to his projects is a focus on effective communication. His desire is for everyone to understand the goals of the project, and he prides himself on making sure the entire project team is on the same page to ensure a good project a great experience for the design team, the construction team, and the owner.
