Rick has been inspecting and administering construction projects for over 40 years. He prefers to be involved in projects from the initial ground-breaking to final completion. Rick’s attention to detail and his thorough understanding of how buildings should go together give him strong construction administration abilities. These abilities have allowed Rick to serve as a Construction Administrator on numerous projects from the construction documents phase through post-occupancy walkthroughs.
