Phase 1 provided reconfiguration of the existing parent and bus drop-off loops, including grading and drainage issues. Phases 2 through 5 divided up the interior renovation scopes of work in order to maintain the educational environment, allowed phasing of MEP scopes of work, and appropriately managed the CM/GC’s construction phasing.
