The Lodge Servery Renovation at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs
Colorado Springs,
Colorado

Why
Connecting through experience of place.
The original Lodge servery, located in the Summit Village at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS) and constructed in 1996, required extensive upgrades to enhance the on-campus student dining experience at UCCS.
How
Ever curious. Ever learning. Ever improving.
The $2 million project originally started as a back-of-house renovation. But through early and effective team engagement, the scope was expanded to include renovation of the servery area within the prescribed budget.
What
Purposeful, engaging solutions.
The servery renovation at the Lodge features three micro-restaurant concepts and an expansive deli and salad bar. Students can now enjoy an entire gluten-free area, a pizza oven that turns out freshly baked pizzas, and an international foods area.
