The new learning commons is a place where students can study, use lap tops, exercise creativity in the new Maker Space, or prep class videos in the Green Screen room. Large overhead doors invite students into the space from the corridors as well as provide an eye-catching view upon entering the building. This project brought big changes and created a vibrant and energetic new space for Falcon Middle School.
The relocation of the library created the opportunity to re-imagine how libraries of the future will function, allowing the District to pursue the goal of transforming the library into a modern Learning Commons. RTA worked closely with Falcon Middle School leadership to create and illustrate a vision for the program on a short schedule.
