RTA President, John Hoelscher, was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for Rocky Mountain Health Care Services. Improving lives through access to healthcare has been a passion of John’s for the past 30 years. At RTA, he has focused on provided planning and architectural services for healthcare clients and their projects, and he looks forward to contributing to Rocky Mountain Health Care Services as a Board Member.
