Learn more about the innovative approach to safety and security at Newton Middle School in the Ed Market Essentials Winter issue. For this new school, the design team worked closely with Littleton Public Schools to create a security approach that balances best practices in safety and security with open and flexible 21^st Century educational environments. The carefully designed layers of security start at the building entry and continue layer by layer into the interior spaces, creating a warm and inviting space that supports collaboration and creativity while keeping students and staff safe.
