With more than ten years' experience supporting and managing projects in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry, Emilia joined the RTA team ready to hit the ground running. Emilia thrives on collaboration with her teammates on and off the jobsite, and loves the challenge of meeting deadlines while exceeding our clients' expectations. Emilia joined RTA in 2019 and has become an invaluable addition to our in-house construction administration team.

Elizabeth (Liz) joined the RTA team in 2019 shortly after graduating with her AAS in Interior Design and CAD Certification from Pikes Peak Community College. She excels at combining logic and aesthetics to create spaces that are both functional and beautiful. Liz approaches every project with an open mind, as she believes flexibility is key to creativity and problem solving. Liz's passion for practical yet beautiful spaces, combined with her creativity and enthusiasm make her a wonderful asset to both RTA and our clients.

Jonathan L. Houck, Architect

Jon joined the RTA team in 2018, with 5 years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo. From building lego structures as a kid to working on historic retrofits in San Francisco, Jon has always been drawn to take on complex problems that require elegant and unique solutions. He brings a technical rigor, passion for optimization, and expertise in BIM and parametric design to the RTA team.

Jheanelle joined RTA in 2016 after completing multiple education programs in Jamaica and receiving her Masters of Architecture from Florida International University. She is motivated by community based projects, where architecture acts as an engine for change. Jheanelle enjoys knowing she makes a difference with her work, both socially and economically. When she begins a new project, Jheanelle asks herself who the building is serving and how the architecture can invest in the dignities of the community that it will serve. Jheanelle’s work ethic, unique perspective, and drive to help others makes RTA and the communities we serve a better place.

Ericka M. Everett, Architect

After receiving her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon, Portland, Ericka joined RTA with more than six years of experience already under her belt. Her previous experience working on projects with aggressive schedules has taught her to be detailed oriented, organized, and proactive. Ericka enjoys working on projects with specialized programs and finding solutions to challenging design problems. She sees every new project as an opportunity to meet and learn from new people and expand her understanding of how buildings change who we are and how we work.
