BIM Manager

RTA is looking for a dynamic and skilled BIM Manager to join our firm!  As our BIM Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and coordinating the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology across our projects. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure that BIM processes and standards are adhered to, and that project delivery is optimized through effective BIM workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards, processes, and workflows across our projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams in the use of BIM software and workflows.
  • Ensure that BIM models are accurate, consistent, and meet project requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project information is exchanged efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in the management of project data and model libraries.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in BIM management within the Architecture industry.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in managing BIM projects, developing BIM standards, and implementing BIM workflows.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary Range:  $60,000-90,000

Typical work hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday. Flexible options may be available based on job responsibility and leadership expectations.
